Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST will Ship the Same Day (weekdays only). Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST will Ship the Following Business Day (weekdays only). If you choose expedited shipped, your order will arrive in the specified number of business days after the ship date. ie: 3-day shipping arrives 3 business days after the package is shipped. Please remember that holidays can affect shipping times. If you need your package delivered on a Saturday, please select "Next-Day Saturday". In the case you need to change the shipment speed or address information after the package has been picked up by UPS (typically around 4:00 p.m. EST) and left our warehouse, there will be an extra fee to do so. If you have any questions about shipping and/or whether your package will get to you in time, please call us at (800) 940-9415 prior to placing your order. Only one coupon may be used per order even if the customer is eligible to use multiple coupons. You may call in, however, and we'll figure out which coupon will save you the most money!

Return/Exchange Policy

If you do not feel that your purchase is up to "par", please send it back for a replacement, refund, or store credit. (Refund does not include shipping and handling cost). A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied on returns of orders over $500 in value. All returns must be new (unworn), in original packaging, and in resalable condition. There will be a $5.00 service fee if items are returned without original packaging. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a Lifetime Guarantee on all golf knicker elastic bands and we offer Free repairs and/or replacements at our discretion.
